Job Description

We are looking for two experienced product managers, one for BBQ and another for Electrical Kitchenware Category, 3-4 years of experience within BBQ or Electrical Kitchenware is required. Addressing Global Opportunities
Reporting to the CEO you will be a key player in further developing one of our very successful product lines BBQ or e-BODUM - our electrical kitchenware. The purpose of the position is to bring our category to being the best in class though affordable for everyone “good design doesn’t have to be expensive”. You will work closely with our design team, country managers and supply chain.

Critical Tasks:
- Enable and secure delivery of ambitious growth targets
- You will drive, execute and track global brand activities and performance
- You will track and develop product, business and brand performance, develop and drivemarket entry plans
- Together with the design/innovation team you will secure a strong innovation pipeline and taking the lead on key innovation projects

You must thrive in a fast paced, fast changing and dynamic environment, be a 1 team player with strong analytical abilities and interpersonal, and communication skills, furthermore with an extrovert attitude and an open mind as you will be working closely with market organizations. The following experience is additional requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience within BBQ or electrical kitchenware is a must
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Track record of solid business growth within a product category or family
- Solid experience as product-/brand manager in a branded consumer products company
