Terms and conditions |
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.
Deliveries are made only inside Finland. Deliveries are not made to PO BOX numbers.
Delivery is usually made within 6 business days. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.
You can rest assured that your order will arrive promptly and in perfect condition. Deliveries will be made free of charge.
Our goods are shipped with FedEx, during working hours and we would appreciate if you could make sure that somebody is available to accept your consignment.
All prices are in DKK, and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Please be aware that you pay Danish VAT when you order on our Online Shop.
The goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express).
Electrical appliances are covered by a guarantee that is valid for 2 years from date of invoice. There is no guarantee obligation if a fault or damage was caused by handling, maintenance or care that was contrary to our instructions. The purchaser should consult the relevant instructions and recommendations in the leaflet enclosed with the product.
Important: Please keep the invoice with you. We cannot assure guarantee without your invoice.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their BODUM® products. However, we cannot accept returned goods without prior agreement. Goods returned for exchange or refund will only be accepted in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging. Such goods must be returned within 14 days, at senders cost.

Complaints about defects or about incomplete or incorrect deliveries must be notified immediately in writing, within 10 days from date of invoice.
Goods will remain the property of BODUM® (SKANDINAVIEN) A/S until payment has been made in full.
Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.
It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
