Characteristics: Resistant to temperature changes; very strong glass composition that will not cloud or stain from use. Dishwasher safe.
Characteristics: Silicone coating used in various product elements. Offers ergonomic feel, non-slip grip and cool touch coating. Dishwasher safe.
SAN Plastic (styrene-acylnitrile-copolymeride)
Characteristics: Excellent transparency, scratch resistant, non-deformable by heat, resistant to temperature change. BPA free. Dishwasher safe.
PP Plastic (polypropylene)
Characteristics: Equal proportions of toughness, rigidity, and hardness. Non-deformable, brilliant surface gloss, low water absorptive capacity and water vapour permeability. BPA free. Dishwasher safe.
POM Plastic (polyoxymethylene)
Characteristics: High rigidity, good elastic qualities, low water absorptive capacity, compact and dense. BPA free. Dishwasher safe.

Unfortunately we do not have a workshop that carries out repairs on defective products. If a product should break during the warranty period, we generally replace it with a new one. No warranty entitlement exists if the defect or damage has occurred due to incorrect use, maintenance or care of the product.
