So we invited the master mixologists at Porto’s exclusive and award-winning Royal Cocktail Club to create some original summer cocktails that celebrate the season’s freshest ingredients. Fruity, floral, light and refreshing or dark and complex, each cocktail offers a different sensory experience – and all are designed to help you savour special memories this summertime.

Release your inner mixologist with these creative cocktails

bursting with red berry goodness

45 ml Tanqueray Ten
15 ml Grahams Blend Nº5 Porto
1 BSP Rose water
6 Raspberries
3 Droplets Cardamom
15 ml Lemon syrup
35 ml Lemon juice


Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and mix thoroughly. Double strain the mixture to your glass, and garnish with red fruits or a flower before serving. Become a master of mixology with these cool cocktail accessories.

45 ml JW Gold Label Reserve
35 ml Malic solution
15 ml Lemon syrup
4 Droplets Sweet violets
30 ml Fever Tree Elderflower tonic

Add all the ingredients except the tonic into a shaker with ice, and mix vigorously. Pop a block of ice into your glass, pour over the tonic, then double strain the mixture on top. Garnish with a shiso leaf to serve.

40 ml Havana 7 years
50 ml Dark chocolate 70% with spices
15 ml Vanilla syrup
4 Droplets Chamomile Darjeeling


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, before double straining the mixture into your glass. Garnish with white and dark chocolate before serving.

A captivating cocktail, fizzing with garden-fresh flavours


45 ml Olmeca Altos Tequila
25 ml Porto Croft Pink
10 ml Madeira Sercial 5 years
30 ml Carrot juice
30 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Sugar syrup
1 Dill branch
30 ml Champagne


Place all the ingredients except the champagne into your cocktail shaker with ice, and mix vigorously. Next, pour the champagne into your glass, then double strain the mixture over it. Use a fresh dill branch as garnish.

Refreshing and aromatic, the perfect antidote to hot summer days.


35 ml Matusalem 15
25 ml Ketel One
35 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Sugar syrup
6 drops Lima Kaffir
1\2 Prickly Pear
40 ml Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic


Take all the ingredients with the exception of the tonic, add them to your shaker with ice and mix vigorously. Add a block of ice to your glass, pour over the tonic, then double strain the mixture on top. Garnish with sea fennel.

Invigorating and complex, this one’s for the coffee aficionados


40 ml Remy Martin VSOP
50 ml Cold brew
20 ml Honey
4 Drops Bitter chocolate
2 Pinch Liquid salt
100 ml Soda


Combine all the ingredients, and double strain into your glass over a block of ice. Garnish with a twist of orange peel to serve.
